After Copy and Pasting in what I said up there to Razer Support they didn't bother fricken reading my issue.
And the last time I buy Razer products for sure. This has wasted more hours of my life trouble shooting than the Razer devices are worth. It's not the USB ports as Im using my old Logitech G5 mouse now and it does not drop.

I downloaded the latest driver which is Synapse 2.0 but like one or two days after, my iMac had all of these weird 'Your Mac has restarted because of a problem' messages. Two weeks ago I picked up a Razer Deathadder gaming mouse.

JPili, did you try it the way I did it? Go offline in Synapse, Delete xml in profiles folder, set you custom preferences in Synapse, click "sync now" (or go online), restart your pc. Thanks a lot Yumitori, after only deleting the xml-file in the C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Devices\Kraken 7.1 Chroma\Profiles folder and restarting, my custom settings are finally saved! My Kraken Chroma was always starting up in default settings and the spectrum cycling really annoyed me! You have nothing to lose really.Īlso, their warranty might be good, but having to go through 3 of the controllers because they all had the same defect with the triggers was annoying.Just googled this problem and landed on this post, it has been bothering me for months and couldn't find a solution. I had to go through 3 of the things through their warranty process, even after the third time when it went out of the warranty period. It happened with my Razor onza TE controller. They might be nice enough to help you out regardless. You should write an email letting them know that its out of warranty and its sudden issues, and inquire if anything could be done (I had to explain to them at the time that it was tough for me financially to replace the controller which was true). Not too sure about the mouse itself, but as someone who's used Razor products in the past, I find their warranty service to be pretty good.
